Deadliest Strike of the Year Hits Ukraine—Zelenskyy Urges Trump to Visit
Civilian casualties mount as Trump calls Russian attack a “mistake” and blames Biden for the war.

Ukrainian officials said the missiles hit residential areas, a university, and a street crowded with civilians. Two children were among the dead, and the attack left bodies in the streets on Palm Sunday. (WSJ)
